On behalf of the EBW Upper Austria and the EBW Hallstatt, we cordially invite you to the 15th hike in memory of the transmigration of the Protestants from the Salzkammergut to Obertraun and Hallstatt more than 290 years ago.

We are looking forward to a cozy weekend with nice encounters as well as celebrating and singing together.

Friday: individual arrival in Bad Goisern

7:00 p.m. cozy get-together at Luise Wehrenfennig

House

Saturday: Train ride from Bad Goisern to Bad Aussee

Group I hike on the Koppentalweg (8.8 km)

to the “Koppenbrüllerhöhle” cave with guided tour – walk to the Koppenwinkelsee lake – prayer – refreshments at the Koppenrast inn.

Hike II Travel by train to Obertraun-Koppenbrüllerhöhle, short hike to Koppenbrüllerhöhle (1.1 km) with guided tour – return to Koppenrast and path to Koppenwinkelsee (800m) – prayer – refreshments at Koppenrast inn.

Return journey by train from Obertraun-Dachsteinhöhlen to Bad Goisern. 20:00 hrs cozy evening at the Luise Wehrenfennig

Sunday: 08:30 drive to Hallstatt, time for a stroll through Hallstatt.
